Diversity and inclusion
When developing learning simulations we have a keen sense of appreciation for diversity and inclusion. This screen shot from one of our simulations is an example of how we offer diverse player avatars, complete with a greater range of skin tones and expressive gender-agnostic clothing.
We develop diversity inclusion and unconscious bias training. Check out these case study for Microsoft and Kimberly Clark, for instance, which show practical examples of how faulty assumptions about other team members get in the way of optimizing their capabilities.
